Pure Swing Golf

I built Dallas Clubhouse Golf after seeing too many players put in time, money, and effort with companies that don't really care about their progress. They tried indoor-only instruction, outdoor-only lessons, and followed tips from everywhere, yet still felt stuck and unsure who to trust.

This is for the golfer who’s tired of guessing, the player who feels like they hit it well but don’t score well, and for beginners who want to start the right way without picking up bad habits.

As a PGA Professional with 20 years, 25,000 hours of coaching and fitting experience, I knew golfers needed something more complete. DCG was created to connect indoor analysis, on-course coaching, and real structure so players can finally understand their game and improve with purpose.

I also made a very intentional decision to keep my client list small. I’m not trying to run a big academy anymore — I want to focus on the people who put their trust in me and give them the time, attention, and plan they deserve.

At DCG, we filter out the noise, focus on what actually works, and build a clear path forward so every golfer can finally feel like they’re moving in the right direction.

 Playing Evaluation

For established players or players looking to really score better, westart with a Playing Evaluation because most golfers have never truly been coached where it matters most — on the course. They’ve taken range lessons, watched videos, tried different tips, and still wonder why the same mistakes keep showing up when they play.

During the round, we capture video in real playing conditions to create a true baseline of your swing, decisions, and tendencies. It’s where everything comes together — how you manage the course, how your swing holds up under pressure, and whether your equipment is helping or hurting you.

For many players, this is the first time they’ve ever had someone look at their entire game in one setting. It becomes part lesson, part strategy session, and part fitting insight, while also giving us a chance to see if we’re the right fit to work together.

That evaluation becomes the foundation for everything that follows — built

around how you actually play, not how you look on the range.

 Your Custom Improvement Plan

No two golfers improve the same way.

Based on your evaluation, your coach creates a clear, personalized plan outlining:

  • The key areas costing you the most strokes right now

  • Where to focus first for the fastest improvement

  • A balance of indoor swing work and on-course development

  • Short game and scoring priorities tailored to your tendencies

  • Equipment considerations that may be helping or holding you back

  • A structured path forward with lessons that build on each other

Your plan evolves as your game improves — always with purpose and direction.

Train in the Right Environment

We teach in the environment that best supports your improvement.

For many golfers, this is the most impactful part of the process.

  • Indoor lessons using state-of-the-art simulators and teaching technology - GolfTRK Coppell

  • Short-game sessions focused on chipping, pitching, bunker play, and putting

  • On-Course Playing Lessons - Where practice turns into performance.

(You can combine two lessons for an on-course playing

lesson with your coach.)

Get to Know Your Coach  Jeff Emmerich, PGA

I’m a PGA Class A Professional with over two decades in the golf industry and more than 20,000 hours of coaching and club fitting experience. I’m also a graduate of Arizona State University, played college golf, and like most people who dedicate their lives to this game, I’m a lifelong golf junkie. I’ve spent years competing, learning, studying the swing, and I’m fortunate to even have a course record to my name — but what’s always mattered most to me is helping other golfers play better and enjoy the game more.

I built Dallas Clubhouse Golf because I kept seeing the same thing happen over and over again. Golfers were putting in time, spending money, trying different instructors, different facilities, and different methods — but still feeling stuck. Some trained indoors and struggled to take it to the course. Others only worked outdoors without ever really understanding what their swing was doing. Most were overwhelmed by all the opinions, tips, and quick fixes online and didn’t know what to trust.

After years inside larger academies and high-volume environments, I knew there was a better way to bring everything together. DCG was built to offer a more complete and honest approach — one that connects indoor analysis, on-course evaluation, and real experience so players can finally understand their game and improve with purpose.

This is for the golfer who’s serious about getting better but tired of guessing. For the player who feels like they hit it well but don’t score the way they should. For those who have bounced between different places without ever having a real plan. And for beginners who want to start the right way, learning solid fundamentals without picking up bad habits that are hard to undo later.

I also made a very intentional decision to keep my client list small. I’m not trying to run a large academy. I want to stay focused on the people who put their trust in me, give them my full attention, and build real, long-term progress instead of quick fixes.

My approach is built around perspective — using both technology and on-course insight to filter out the noise, focus on what actually matters, and create a plan that fits the individual. My goal is to create an environment where beginners can build a strong foundation, experienced players can break through plateaus, and every golfer can finally feel like they’re moving forward.
